Can you launch a boat at Wahweap?
Wahweap Main launch ramp is located next to the Lake Powell Resort at Wahweap. Due to low water, the ramp is not available to motorized vessels. Vessels smaller than 36′ can use the Wahweap Auxiliary Ramp. Large enough for multiple boats, including houseboats, to launch at the same time.

With the 2 strokes, the personal watercraft are still allowed as long as they are 1996 or newer (I believe that is the year) and have direct injection. If it’s a Jetski that you have to mix the oil & gas in the tank, it is illegal at the lake. With boat motors, there is no restriction.
Can you take your own boat into Antelope Canyon?
The canyon is fairly large and has a few different access points, one from Lake Powell! To access this point, you will need to start at Antelope Point Marina (or the public boat ramp if you have your own boat / kayak), and head left towards the slot canyon.
